Changing Ugly Key (Not Smart Key)

I don't understand how the Sonata can look as good as it does and have such an ugly key. Haha it seems a bit picky but it looks old and would like to look at my options.

I was looking at this Shark Racing where I guess you throw your key in there and then install the component into the new holder (or something along the lines). Has anyone done this? Anyone have any other suggestions with links for this kind of thing?

A shot in the dark, would Hyundai be able to install what I need to have a smart key. I know this will be expensive and probably not worth it but was wondering if it could be done.

I think the problem is getting the buttons to work. The immobilizer can be swapped over and so can the key. The buttons may or may not be recognized by the car. I think there is programming that needs to be done there.
