2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited Push to Start Wont Start

My 2011 Hyundai Sonata I Pushed to start and it crunk but radio wouldn’t come on, I didn’t get even A mile and it cut off on me and won’t start back! I’ve tried all technics holding push to start 30 sec, charging remote in console, inserting key by gear shifter, installed new Battery still no start. Tried jumping off wont start, had clicking noise, started smoking and smelt like wires burning! PLEASE HELP🙏ANY IDEAS? I Checked Vin and it’s on Engine Recall List but I got 164,000 Miles so doubt Hyundai Will do anything if it is the Engine! So Upset it’s broke down over hour from my home and it’s my only means of transportation!
