I was going through the same problem they no the transmission is screwed up they will do whatever to get out of a lawsuit at this point,I contacted a lawyer to ask questions but never used him ,he told me everything they where giving me was right in line what he could get .

Thanks for your reply! My problem, I really like the car, mpg, performance but 4 months is unacceptable. I need a front wheel drive for towing behind my RV, so the Genesis line is out. Good luck with your new ride!

RESOLUTION!!! I contacted Hyundai Customer Service by email,, then phone call. After 24 hours a representative from Hyundai called me. We discussed my transmission problem and she went to work behind the scenes. My car had already be in the shop for 2 months with little or no information about when I could expect to get my car.within 4 weeks of "Jesse" being involved I had my car, new transmission and all. Another positive point, Hyundai sent me a check equal to 2 monthly payments. I'm a happy Sonata N Line owner again. Good luck to the rest of you N Line owners!
