Just curious of anyone has used a performance chip in their Sonata. I've seen a few that claim 4-7 MPG and 60-70 HP.
I can only assume that a COI would help those numbers.

save the money, and get a better drop in filter. also on that g-force chip site, i don't believe they show any type of dyno graphs to show proff.

As I told another owner who was interested in a chip, you probably need the whole system to get all the performance out of the chip. Better intake, new exhaust minus cat all the way back. Then the chip should be programed while driving to tune it to the best results of the engine. So you'd need an engineer with a laptop to sit and make adjustments while you (or professional) drives it to get peak performance.
(I'm a robotics engineer not just a pretty face! lol)

that is usually the case.

a chip upgrade or AF tune would benefit after at least an intake. header. and exhaust.
