Now a lot of people are addicted to self-development, efficiency and self-motivation. There are many articles, such as this one, which describes the effective habits of successful people. I agree with many habits, such as getting up early, plan your day and spend no more than an hour on social networks. I try to get the habit of getting up early and at the same time sleeping at least 8 hours a day. And what effective habits do you have?
