I find the Elantra is the top choice in Consumer report and test drove it. The dealer also recommend me the 2015 Sonata and I felt good also about Sonata. The local dealer gives me two formal quotas: one is Elantra 2015 Sport Automatic $18146(5200 off MSRP). The other is Sonata 2015 2.4L Sport $20108(3900 off MSRP).
I evaluated these prices in autopriceshare.com and they are fair(of course the Elantra has a bigger discount). Most of people here have driven Elantra or sonata before. In your opinion, which choice is better? Any suggestions will be helpful for me.

Eventually, I decided with the Sonata, although the Elantra gives more overall value dollar for dollar. The Sonata has won me over with its larger size, more upscale interior and it's quicker, I didn't really mind spending more on it at the end of the day.
