I'd go to Autozone and get a power supply tester.

To find an active light turn ur city light/ headlights on and then proceed to the rear of ur car with the the tester. Ur going to have to slice open the wires to test each one for power. When the tool indicated the wire u found has power then you'll need to run the positive (red wire) from your emblem and connect it to the wire you found by splicing it.

You don't have to solder just use a wire cutter to cut the film from the active wire to u can wrap the positive from your emblem onto it.

Don't forget to run the ground/ negative (Black wire) from your emblem to the cars chassi. This can be done by simply placing it under a screw that is already down in the car somewhere probably the trunk. unscrew the screw then put the ground under it and screw it back down how it was.

Walla ur emblem should be working!
