Lets get a separate Sonata Hybrid forum going

I think I got the first one with the premium package in San Diego County 4/29/2011.
Been waiting since December when I saw it at the Auto Show.
My wife has only put about 250 miles on it so far. This is truly a luxury car
with a very low price for what you get $31,785 MSRP. Reports from TX and AZ
reporting 45-48 MPG on their flat highways. My area is pretty hilly and we are
currently getting about 33 MPG mostly city driving.

congrats on the hybrid sonata, 33mpg city driving is quite impressing. how is the hyundai's computer/monitor system that updates the info on the hybrid energy? easy to use?

by the way, ill message the admin for seperate sections for each sonatas, i think thats what this forum needs the most before things get scrambled up into a big mess

+1

Having all the cars divided into sections would be a good thing too do.

Maybe have:

One section for the first to fourth Gen (1985-2004)
One for the NF (2004-2010)
One main section for the YF, but split into three subsections for the 2.4, turbo, and the hybrid.

Real easy to use. The driver has a smaller display to watch the energy flow
and the passenger can watch it on the big screen.
I just bought a "new" fully loaded Sonata Hybrid, having traded in my '09 Genesis. Loved the Genesis forum I was previously a part of, had a lot of useful information from other members concerning maintenance and upgrades. Hoping to get the same from this forum, but definitely would make things greatly easier if the Hybrids had their own section than to be lumped in with every other Sonata ever made.
