So my "life long" dream (well not so long as life, but pretty close) of customizing my real car to look like my concept car seems it actually might turn into reality. i drew a mockup of a concept racer Sonata a year ago that i call the "Super Sonata" (note the Superman logo on the side ) based off real parts today and now i have begun my first step to customization. i just ordered a set a daytime running SMD LED lights from ijdmtoy.com in ultra blue and can't wait to install them. they might not be legal in NJ, but i'll bet they look f-ing SWEET! will post pics of them as soon as I install them. Although, some of the parts i will need to have custom fabricated like the Lambo Aventador bumper and side skirts, but for now, this is the look i'm going for. If someone has any ideas, I respect constructive criticism.

I like it myself! Who is doing the graphics for you? Is it vinyl or paint? Honestly, for me personally I would prefer to have a vented hood rather than a scoop on the roof. Look forward to seeing your progress.

Thanks Torch, my LEDs just came in today and i can't wait to install them. i'll post pics as soon as i'm done.

i'm doing the vinyl graphics myself. used to work at a sign shop and even owned my own vinyl cutter so i know a little something about graphics and installation. its blue carbon fiber vinyl. i found a nice vented hood online but was $1,000 bucks. i think it was called Venom X i think. my car is completely stock. it doesn't even have tinted windows so i'm going to get tints and cover all the chrome trim around the car with blue chrome vinyl. i'll slowly but steady update you guys on my progress.

As promised, here are the first photos of my newly installed daytime running LEDs. I took these pictures in a dim parking garage so i think the dim lighting and shaded areas gave them even more glow to the blue lights. when i turned them on everyone was turning around to see and they lit up all the walls and white cars blue. i didn't expect that. it's not exactly like my render, but it's close enough goddammit. and i think these are highly illegal in New Jersey, but ****, they look f-ing SWEET! the cops are definitely going to be eyeing me closely when i'm done with this car!

If you ever get pulled over for those blue lights, but still want blue, we have a RGB multicolor bulb that can be switched to any color, including white, to keep you from getting pulled over

Looks good IMO, good luck with the build

Well i just got my tints done on the car and boy i tell ya, tints really do make a HUGE difference! with these dark tints and blue lights i'm definitely turning a few more heads down the road. i also noticed a lot more cars on the highway don't cut my off as much. i guess cutting off a car on the road that looks fast isn't such a good idea. but even though my car is stock it is fast in my opinion. my next mods will be to tune up the engine next. new spark plugs, cold air intake kit maybe. little things like that.
