wow, so the H&R website has all the sonatas from 2006-2010 (2011 are not even listed yet) listed as a 4 lug.......

obviously this resulted in me to receive 4 lug spacers today.... i called the distributors asap and told them wtf.. i got spacers for 4 lug.. and they said well we gave you the right one...
so i double, triple checked and those dumbasses at h&r had our cars listed a 4x114.3

MAKE SURE you check throughly when ordering at h&r

luckily they said they will replace with another one for me... but it will be the 15mm not 20mm

yes, i mean whatever you said, did you do the roll yourself, or had someone else do it for you? and how much were the spacers?

i got it rolled by a hardcore jdm drifting tuner shop, 70/fender so 140 total for 2 rears

spacers were $160 and i believe you have to take the old studs out and replace with the extended studs that comes with spacers. but im getting some shop to do the work again

i thought it was that you bolt the spacer on like the wheel and then u bolt the wheel to the spacer, which has different studs

there are two types
adapter spacers and hubcentric spacers
adapter spacer is the one with the build in studs like you were talking about.. and its generally less safe than hubcentric...

i went with the hubcentric, which involves more work to put on but generally alot more safer

anyways i got them on, it sits fairly flush now with little bit of poke
however it rubs on certain circumstances even with my fenders rolled, so i may need a very slight fender pull

im probably going to rent the roller from a local shop before i get the spacers as i want to space out my stock rims. It looks great with the spacers those are the 19x9's?

make sure you do it really really carefully... heat gun the area evenly when you do, to avoid paint chipping/stripping because im pretty sure thats the last thing you would want haha

however, dont heatgun it TOO much because thats just gonna fade your paint.
patience is the key here

we did it on my buddys wrx yesterday, and it only cracked in one place, but the metal was kinda cool when we did that part, and its very small and you cant notice it.

sorry i forgot to reply to this, but i cant figure out how to roll them cause theres too much of a gap with the stock wheels. either i have to add weight in the trunk, or get the larger wheels first.
