Road Noise! Would like to reduce road noise- Has anybody used any noise reduction product like RAAMat or Frost King insulation? Where did you install and how difficult? 18 in wheels at 70mph are really loud.

RAAMat is good stuff. a layer or two of the peel and stick over bare exposed area followed by the ensolite will quite things up quite a bit. You will have to do some interior removal trim/seat removal and trunk trim removal to get to the most important areas to dampen.

It is not cheap stuff tho.

Thank you, I have done extensive sound reduction in my corvette using raammat, and I am looking for info like corvette forum telling me the details of how to take out rear seats and key areas in the trunk. I think I will start by getting the rear seats out and door panels. Looking for hints on seat and door panel removal!

i replied to ur PM. the rear seats come out pretty easy. watch my video. and the door panels are relatively easy too. I found this over on an audio forum.
