Hi good people. Owner 2015 Hyundai Limited. 128K and losing about a quart of oil every 200 miles. Happening over the past year noticed around 115K. Mechanic said it’s blow by pistons. Dealership won’t do anything. On long road trips, 4-7 hours, does not burn oil. Putting in a little thicker oil 5w-20 about once a week that I get from Sams. Costing about $15 a month. What do I do? Thanks.

Hello Vinnie0423,
As it happens, I have the same year car. I have 97K on it have been having the same issue for some time. I went to the dealer, who referred me to Hyundai. After several calls and creating 2 seperate cases, I basically told that it's my problem and more or less, GO AWAY! My car willl use a quart at about the same intervals. However, I was mildy surprised that I have gone as much 600 - 700 miles before the next "feeding"
To be honest, as much as I like this car, I will NEVER buy another Hyundai once I get away from this one. It is without a doubt the most expensive paper weight I have ever bought. To make matters worse, I'm still making payments on it.
