Well I went to hook mine up and all they do is flash. So that means the sonata requires the error code eliminator in order to work properly. So I'll order those and try it again lol

mine did the same.. it was resolved when i used the relay

Awesome I don't have the relay yet but it's only $15 so ill get it here soon. The rely is what is called the "error eliminator" right?

I was gonna order the DDM tuning kit 55W 4500K with the error eliminator. Is anything else needed? I see and option for HID harness "dual in dual out" does anyone know what that is? I only want to pay for shipping once.

Ended up going with a kit from hidExtra.com seemed like they would get there product out faster. And had a better website overall.

DDM Tuning. I used 35w, 5K with Slim ballast and relay harness. The error Eliminator is useless to me. Dual in and dual out is either the ballast or the relay harness. Just make sure you get both. I got this all for $75. At the moment I'm waiting for my HID fogs to come in.

I installed the Hidextra.com kit and im not happy with it. They only had 5000K not 4300K I went with it but it's to blue for my and my girlfriends liking. I will be getting quality 4300K bulbs when I have my next paycheck in. The bulbs seem low quality Pretty bad hot spot on the passenger side bulb.

I'll second or third ddm tuning. I've used them on a few of my cars and they've been great every time. I need to get them done on my Sonata. I hate the ugly 'yellow.'

About 30 min to install.

Definitely, 4300K will look much better.

Morimoto 35w 5000k HID kit with Wiring Harness. I have used Various Ebay kits, Prolumen kits, over a dozen DDM kits all on various vehicles over the years. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out. Definitely worth the money.
