Timing chain tensioner. It needs to be tightened. Bring it to mechanic or back to Hyundai.

Hi I'm Polish, Hyundai with us is very popular so he writes on this forum.
I have a car Hyundai Sonata NF 2.4 16V DOHC 162KM of 2006.
I have a loose timing chain at 2000/obr, you can hear how it hits the cover,
Council will stretch it or something more serious?
